The Opportunity
As the leader of ServiceNow Transformation teams, you will work in a dynamically growing area of our business that is client-facing. You will be instrumental in establishing EY’s AI thought leadership, driving innovation through designing and developing cutting-edge solutions. Collaborating closely with our clients, you will facilitate AI-driven transformations across user experiences and robust AI governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will involve leading the development and deployment of AI-native solutions, and partnering with EY's AI & Data team to devise comprehensive AI strategies that address complex business challenges and unlock new growth opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring a consistent focus on quality and risk management.
- Engage with external clients regularly, actively participating in working sessions and overseeing workstreams from planning to execution and closure.
- Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending changes to policies and establishing impactful procedures.
- Provide direction and constructive feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.

- Lead all aspects of a ServiceNow AI project, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ professionals, including offshore resources.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, showcasing the value of EY's services.
- Possess excellent business acumen for making informed decisions and resolving conflicts.
- Deliver guidance and expertise on ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as NOW Assist and Moveworks, to meet specific business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with AI search functionalities within ServiceNow, including knowledge management system integration.
- Proven experience in deploying and optimizing Moveworks plugins for enhanced user experiences.
- Expertise in configuring Moveworks for automated ticketing resolution using conversational AI and workflow automation.
- Strong foundation in prompt engineering for efficient outputs by large language models.
- Experience integrating multiple LLMs to improve solution accuracy and scalability.
- Familiarity with AI and data architecture concepts for secure system integrations.
- Capability to lead design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Experience in both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
- Support pre-sales activities through creating proposals and estimates.
- Generate high-quality deliverables and project documentation.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience and at least 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
- 2-5 years of experience with the Moveworks platform.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow's AI solutions.
- Excellent soft skills, including executive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in leading teams.
- A valid driver’s license in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as necessary.
Ideally, You Will Also Have
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Technical Architect preferred.
- At least one ServiceNow certification related to NOW Assist.
- Experience in a Big 4 or similar consulting environment.

What We Offer You
At EY, we provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards your performance. The base salary range for this position is between $142,600 and $261,500, with higher ranges in specific metropolitan areas. Factors affecting salaries include education, experience, and geography. Our Total Rewards package encompasses medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and generous paid time off.
Our hybrid model requires in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time as needed. With our flexible vacation policy, you can allocate vacation time according to your needs while receiving designated holidays and support for your well-being.
