Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H)

Additional Skills:

ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist

• Candidate must have atleast 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience

• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform

• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)

• well versed with ServiceNow scripting

• Candidate must have 2+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience

• Good knowledge of CMDB data model

• Working experience in Service Maps

• Experience in writing custom patterns

• Must have good communication skills

• Must have team handling experience
