Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Customize modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB based on business needs.
• Build and manage Service Catalog items, Service Portal components, and automated workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during QA/UAT phases.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
