Job Description:
Crowe is eagerly looking for a talented and driven Senior Consultant to enhance our ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This position is perfect for an individual with deep ServiceNow expertise who is prepared to lead client projects, manage delivery teams, and engage in business development efforts. As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing solution delivery from design to implementation. You will influence the growth of our practice by leading sales demonstrations, supporting proposal developments, and mentoring junior team members. We seek enterprising, client-focused candidates who are enthusiastic about expanding their ServiceNow and consulting leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end client projects focused on various ServiceNow applications (IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.), ensuring exceptional quality in delivery.
- Act as the primary client contact, fostering trusted relationships and managing client expectations effectively.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions to collaboratively shape solution direction with clients.
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications while overseeing the execution of tasks by junior staff members.
- Deliver impactful sales demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's methodologies.
- Assist in developing proposals, SOW creation, and engaging in pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and cultivate the skills of junior team members, supporting their professional growth in technical and consulting areas.
- Contribute to creating internal best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance overall delivery quality.
- Collaborate with leadership on practice-building initiatives and thought leadership.
Desired Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with clients.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow delivery projects and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience in business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
- One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in ServiceNow implementation.
- Ability to lead client projects independently and contribute to business development.
- Strong track record of delivering effective ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

The estimated wage range for this role considers various factors such as skill sets, experience, certifications, and business needs. The typical range is between $79,100.00 and $156,600.00 per year.
