Job Description:
Crowe is on the lookout for a highly technical Senior Consultant to enrich our growing ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration work, particularly with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You will work as part of a collaborative delivery team, designing and building robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions that yield tangible results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:
- Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors
- MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Event Management rule creation and alert correlation
- Service Mapping design and deployment
- Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems, such as monitoring tools and CMDB feeders.
- Convert technical requirements and architecture into scalable, maintainable implementations.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure the quality and alignment of solutions.
- Create and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.
- Support system testing, UAT, deployments, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Participate in internal technical design sessions and code review processes.
- Engage with clients during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.
Desired Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling.
- Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, and LogicMonitor.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Robust troubleshooting skills with MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) - Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management - Preferred
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in related roles.
- 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Ability to deliver technical solutions independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting complex logic.
- Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively in distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required for client engagements.

The wage range for this role reflects various factors considered when making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $79,100.00 - $156,600.00 per year.
