You are:

The ServiceNow Security Solutions Lead who takes charge of the complete delivery of ServiceNow Security solutions, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and acceptance throughout the organization. This role demands deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, a robust understanding of security standards, and effective leadership in delivery to achieve outstanding outcomes for complex, enterprise-scale programs.

The Work:

Delivery & Program Leadership

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Security programs, including SecOps (SPC, VR, SIR) and Integrated Risk Management/GRC (TPRM, RM, BCM) modules.
  • Manage delivery governance, planning, execution, risk management, and reporting across various workstreams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Effectively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

Solution & Platform Oversight

  • Collaborate with architects and technical leads to create scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Guarantee adherence to ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and security controls.
  • Guide configuration and customization strategies to maintain functionality, ease of maintenance, and upgradeability.
  • Oversee integrations with security tools (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners, IAM, CMDB).

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary delivery contact for security, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Facilitate high-level discussions, status reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Convert business and security requirements into actionable delivery plans and platform designs.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership and sponsors.

Travel may be necessary for this role. The extent of travel can vary from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client demands.

Here's what you need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT delivery, with over 5 years of leading ServiceNow implementations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of substantial hands-on and delivery experience with ServiceNow Security Operations and/or IRM (GRC).
  • Proven experience of 5 years leading large-scale, complex enterprise programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps or IRM, CSA).
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat intel platforms).
  • A background in consulting or system integration.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, telecom, healthcare, or utilities.
  • Strong grasp of CMDB, ITOM, and enterprise architecture concepts.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on various factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
