Role Overview
As a ServiceNow AI Solutions Architect Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming how businesses leverage technology to innovate and excel. In this pivotal role, you will guide teams in providing advanced AI solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline workflows. You will work closely with clients to drive AI-enabled transformation and ensure robust governance frameworks in their processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ServiceNow AI transformation teams to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to harness AI technology that meets their unique business objectives.
- Oversee all phases of ServiceNow AI project delivery, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team of 5-10+ professionals, including offshore resources.
- Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating the value of EY services.
- Provide expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities and implement solutions like NOW Assist and Moveworks.
- Engage in hands-on configuration of AI Search capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
- Support pre-sales efforts by creating project proposals and estimates.
- Lead client workshops and design sessions, facilitating requirements gathering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow NOW Assist solutions.
- Minimum of one ServiceNow certification, such as NOW Assist for ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
- 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
