Critical role to manage/enhance ServiceNow IRM module for client engagement

IRM Service Now , Product owner

• Own and refine the IRM product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business and regulatory needs

• Work directly with risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow architects and developers during sprint planning, design discussions, and solution reviews.

• Validate delivered configurations and workflows to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and support end to end IRM processes.

• Drive UAT readiness, feedback incorporation, and incremental release of IRM features through agile ceremonies.
