Role Description: Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow Knowledge Management activities across ITSM Modules- HRSD,S2P and custom applications.. Conduct Knowledge Management specific process workshops) and obtain functional requirements. Leading your team through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow Knowledge Management implementation across S2PHRSD scoped applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects. Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements. Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond. 10 to 12 years experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of ITSM (HRSD Module), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies. Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes. Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
