The ServiceNow Architect will play a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational changes of solution deployment. Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of ServiceNow. Evaluating business needs and aligning them with ServiceNow solutions. Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform. Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., Ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies. Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively. Technical proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Strong knowledge & experience in using ServiceNow ITSM Integration and ITOM, ITAM, CSDM. Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture satisfactory with client’s requirements. Ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification. ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification. Java developer certification. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology or trained in this area.
