Technical Support Specialist (ServiceNow, Active Directory, MAC, Windows)

S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions has a Technical Support Specialist opportunity for a leading Financial Services client in Wilmington, DE. Please read further if you are interested in joining a leading organization!

Location: Wilmington, DE (on site 5x per week - Monday - Friday)

Duration: 12 months + possible extension

Pay Rate: $20-26/hr.

Qualifications:

Primarily walk-in based support (not service call-heavy) Ticket volume: < 20 tickets/day Google suite application is what the team uses

Technical Requirements:

Basic knowledge of technical skills Reimagine laptops and troubleshoot 50% Mac / 50% Windows Tools used daily: ServiceNow ----Need to have this! Active Directory Mobile device – some knowledge
