Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Lead the architectural design for ServiceNow SPO implementations, including integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow best practices, focusing on Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procurement workflows. Strategic Design: Define technical solutions that align with the long-term roadmap of the procurement transformation office. Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, custom development, and testing. Governance: Ensure code quality, security standards, and platform stability are maintained across all SPO-related workstreams.
Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow SPO. Certifications (Mandatory): * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Technical Depth: Proven expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Portal. Integration Skills: Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and experience connecting ServiceNow to external procurement/finance tools. Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
