Looking for Servicenow ITSM SME

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation. The scope includes:

• Dedicated ServiceNow SME availability

• Scheduled advisory sessions and design reviews

• Technical architecture consultation

• Best practices guidance and recommendations

• Documentation and design artifact reviews

• Knowledge transfer workshops and on-demand consultation support

This will be an advisory engagement with defined deliverables and expert availability throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Initially, the SME will be fully dedicated to the customer during US business hours. In later phases, the engagement can transition to on-demand support as required.
