JOB SUMMARY:<\/b><\/span><\/u><\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Responsible for the ongoing production, administrative support, and custom development of the enterprise ServiceNow (SN) platform.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/u><\/span> <\/span> <\/div>

• Provide ongoing production support, resolve defects, and troubleshoot access controls.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
• Create and maintain connections between SN and platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps Server, and Active Directory.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain the platform interface for the Service Portal, Employee Center, and Web Services (API).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
• Design, create, and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
• Configure the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and build custom workflows for HR processes.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain and revise custom JavaScript code within scoped applications.<\/span><\/span> <\/li> <\/ul><\/span> Requirements<\/h3>

EDUCATION:<\/b><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>

• Education:<\/span><\/b> Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
• Experience:<\/span><\/b> 7-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated strictly to ServiceNow development and administration.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
• Preferred Certifications:<\/span><\/b> ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div><\/span>
