Job Description: Vulnerability Remediation Lead (ServiceNow)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview

This position is for a lead on a Vulnerability Remediation Support Analyst team. This role is responsible for providing guidance and triaging issues related to security vulnerability management. The lead will serve as a point of contact for application teams and work with operations, engineering, Information Security, and the business to resolve vulnerability remediation issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare domains and the enterprise for a ServiceNow transition.
  • Provide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and the domain to influence change.
  • Serve as an expert on process, data, and stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching.
  • Deliver support for questions related to vulnerability management and patching.
  • Act as a first-line liaison to Operations and Engineering teams performing vulnerability remediation.
  • Identify process and automation improvement opportunities within the given domain.
  • Oversee and manage programs, coordinating activities across functional teams.
  • Remediate or escalate issues as they arise. Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in Vulnerability Management and 3+ years with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management.

Technical Skills: ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, Vulnerability Remediation processes, Data analysis and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Confluence.
  • Domain expertise in a CIO Application or CTI product portfolio.
  • Ability to communicate, engage, and build partnerships at a senior leadership level.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, solution delivery, and solution design.
