Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong expertise in AI-driven workflows, automation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent HR service solutions using ServiceNow HRSD, integrating AI capabilities and external HR systems to enhance employee experience and HR operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-assisted and agentic workflows for HR use cases such as case routing, summarization, knowledge recommendations, and guided resolution
• Configure and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) including HR Case Management, COEs, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Workspaces
• Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer, subflows, and approval automation
• Develop and maintain enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems (HRIS, IAM, eSignature tools, etc.) using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps
• Create scoped applications using App Engine Studio, including scripting, data modeling, and security configuration
• Work with HR and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
• Support AI capabilities using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and intelligent automation features

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps
• Experience handling sensitive HR data and security best practices
• Experience with Now Assist or ServiceNow AI/automation features

Preferred Skills:

• AI-driven workflow experience (Virtual Agent, intelligent routing, summarization, recommendations)
• HRSD integrations with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems
• Experience with Performance Analytics, ATF, Advanced Work Assignment

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA / CAD
• HRSD Implementation Specialist
• IntegrationHub Implementation Specialist
• AI/Automation certifications (AWS, Azure, Google, or equivalent)
