About the Position:

Crowe is looking for a dynamic leader to steer our clients through their ServiceNow Security Operations implementations. This role demands strong leadership, decision-making, and management skills to ensure excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, project scoping, and proof of concepts.
• Guide clients on maximizing the value of ServiceNow to enhance their enterprise Security programs.
• Lead project implementation and direct architectural design efforts while collaborating closely with our Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and developers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct project introductions, kick-off meetings, and weekly client status updates while effectively managing project timelines.
• Offer support to developers on ServiceNow configurations.
• Perform final quality assurance of all deliverables.
• Design and facilitate end-user training sessions.
• Identify and expand opportunities for clients, driving additional business value through ServiceNow.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps
• 3+ years in a professional setting with direct experience in ServiceNow implementations and SecOps integrations.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator.
• Familiarity with managing Security programs on ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience providing strategic advice to senior organizational leaders.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Adept at multitasking and juggling multiple initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of project planning and management methodologies.

The salary range for this role is estimated at $79,100.00 - $156,600.00 per year, depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
