KPMG is seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow Platform Operations Engineer to enhance our Digital Nexus technology organization in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support and enhancement of various ServiceNow products/modules, ensuring prompt delivery and exceptional outcomes. Diagnose and resolve platform issues, providing thorough root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.
  • Create, configure, and develop solutions based on ServiceNow best practices to fulfill business requirements and improve processes. Actively participate in the continuous evolution of the platform through proactive recommendations and feature implementations.
  • Document processes, workflows, and configurations while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
  • Participate in all aspects of platform and plugin/store app upgrades; mentor junior team members to share expertise and broaden platform knowledge across the operations team.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and integration points to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and turn needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of recent experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow within an enterprise environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred certifications.
  • Proven experience in supporting and enhancing various ServiceNow products/modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and IRM, with a strong grasp of ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a major module such as ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
