Senior ServiceNow Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team on a 100% Remote basis.

Experience Required: 15+ Years Location: Remote Role Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
• Drive platform strategy, enhancements, and integrations
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices
• Important Skills (Must Have):
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Product Ownership
• Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, APIs, MID Server)
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation & ServiceNow platform architecture
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to define product roadmap & backlog prioritization
• Knowledge of ITIL framework & best practices

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• ITIL Certification
