SaaS Applications Manager (ServiceNow Platform Owner)

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms in a dynamic university environment. This role will serve as the ServiceNow Platform Owner while overseeing key tools across Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Copilot) and Google Workspace, including a dual email environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage the ServiceNow platform—drive adoption, optimize usage, and define the roadmap
  • Oversee SaaS platforms across Microsoft and Google ecosystems (storage, email, collaboration tools)
  • Manage a dual email environment (Microsoft & Google) ensuring seamless performance
  • Partner with campus leadership to align technology with institutional goals
  • Lead vendor relationships and ensure strong service delivery
  • Drive ITSM best practices (incident, change, request, etc.) and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance (SLAs/KPIs) and enhance user experience

What You Bring:

  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Strong background in ITSM / ITIL frameworks
  • Proven ability to own platforms, build roadmaps, and drive adoption
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
