Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader, responsible for designing scalable architectures, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Architecture: Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, future-ready ServiceNow architectures.
• Engage Strategically: Collaborate with client Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to position ServiceNow as the foundation for digital transformation, integrating with core business applications.
• Drive Governance & Best Practices: Establish technical governance, ensure platform health, and minimize technical debt by aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead Solution Design: Conduct workshops, validate requirements, and deliver robust functional and technical solution designs that meet business objectives.
• Mentor & Influence: Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Innovate & Grow: Support presales and business development efforts and promote adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI.
