What you’ll be doingLead design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutionsWork across FSO (Financial Services Operations) and IRM modulesCollaborate with enterprise architects and client stakeholdersConfigure and customize ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions)Develop using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, CSS, XMLDrive Agile delivery (requirements, sprint planning, demos)Implement integrations with external systemsSupport data models (CSDM, CMDB) and enterprise architecture alignmentWhat you’ll needStrong experience with ServiceNow platform (FSO + IRM)Background in solution architecture and technical designExperience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, APIs, integrations)Hands-on work with CSDM, CMDB, and data modelsExperience in Agile environmentsKnowledge of ITIL / service management frameworksServiceNow certifications (IRM, Risk & Compliance, Vendor Risk Management)Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
