Location: Chicago, IL - hybrid / onsite

Own end to end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow, ensuring functional needs are met through scalable, compliant solutions aligned to the Golden Instance architectureOversee solution design for specific ESM capabilities or functional waves (e.g. Finance, Procurement, IT)Review and validate the design coming from System Integrators and ensure design integrityEnsure consistent design patterns across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc. as they onboard to the Golden InstanceEnsure designs align to ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and reuse shared platform componentsParticipate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews, bringing forward solution designs and trade offsIdentify where functional needs require architecture decisions or exceptions, escalating appropriatelyPartner closely with Development, Integration, and Testing Leads to clarify design intent and resolve design time issuesValidate that delivered solutions match approved designs and meet functional intent
