Role - ServiceNow Specialist (Legal Work Management)

Location: Raritan, NJ - Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (no exceptions)

Job type: 6-12 Month's contract

Job Description:

• Support the Legal Work Management function as part of the BAU Squad, partnering closely with the SMT BAU Squad on deployments and releases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, prioritizing OOB configurations over customizations in line with platform health standards (90% configuration / 10% customization).
• Apply ServiceNow best practices to design, configure, and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and related capabilities.
• Perform solution and technical architecture activities aligned with enterprise and ServiceNow standards.
• Monitor and protect ServiceNow platform health, performance, and long term sustainability.
• Support BAU operations including release management, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver stable, compliant, and well governed ServiceNow solutions.
