Title: CMDB Configuration Manager (ServiceNow)

Duration: Long Term Extendable Project

Location: Onsite 2-3 days/week at Denver International Airport (local candidates only)

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Manager to strengthen and mature our CMDB data, which underpins enterprise asset lifecycle management. This role goes beyond basic administration—responsible for ensuring Configuration Item (CI) and asset data is accurate, complete, compliant, and service‑aware. The position is pivotal in enabling reliable impact analysis, reporting, and operational decision‑making, while actively managing integrations, reconciliations, and stakeholder alignment across Technology Asset Management (TAM), Procurement, and Operations.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing ServiceNow CMDB (Health, Data Manager, Attestation) Hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, ETL processes, and third‑party data sources Strong knowledge of CI/asset lifecycle alignment and relationships Solid grounding in ITIL v4 practices (Service Configuration Management, Asset Management) Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL v4 Foundation certification ServiceNow CIS in Hardware Asset Management or Discovery Experience with HAM Professional and advanced CSDM implementations Track record managing large hardware environments (10,000+ CIs) Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Power BI, or advanced Excel Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, NIST) related to asset/configuration managemen
