Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Tester to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and ensuring high-quality deliverables in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for ServiceNow HRSD modulesDesign, develop, and execute test cases and test scriptsValidate HR workflows, case management, knowledge management, and employee service center functionalitiesCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverageIdentify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking toolsParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremoniesEnsure data integrity and system performance during testing cyclesRequired Skills:

8+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow testingStrong experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)Good understanding of HR processes and workflowsExperience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)Hands-on experience with automation tools is a plusStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certification (CSA or HRSD-related) is a plusExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPrior experience working with financial clients like JPMC is an advantage
