ServiceNow Specialist

ServiceNow is the worldwide leading Platform for digital workflow and IT processes. As Partner of ServiceNow and ServiceNow Competence Center, Atlas Reply Rome is looking for candidates who are going to be responsible for requiring and developing high-quality solutions and applications with ServiceNow. Responsibilities:

• Identification of the solution to be implemented
• Develop quality software and customization of ServiceNow Modules (one of more among ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, HR...)
• Custom workflow development
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering
• Development experience with xivgfpx front/back-end programming languages
• Proven experience in related field
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
• Nice to have, one of the following certifications: CSA, CIS, CAS
• Nice to have, English language skills
