Detailed Job Description:
Experience in ServiceNow Architecture, TSM capabilities, CMDB data model, TSM configuration, Integration, Transform Map, REST API Explorer, Workspace, Dashboard and UI builder.
· Architect core TSM processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change Enablement)
· Design service models, service offerings, and catalogs.
· Ensure ITIL and ServiceNow best-practice alignment
· Define SLA/KPI models and reporting frameworks
· Experienced in email notifications and automation notifications in ServiceNow
· Workflow & Automation
· Design workflow orchestration using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
· Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality
· Ensure consistent and reusable design across services
· CMDB Strategy & Data Model
· Define CMDB vision, scope, and roadmap
· Design CI class models, attributes, and relationships
· Ensure CMDB supports service visibility and impact analysis
· Align CMDB model with application, infrastructure, and service layers
· Data Governance & Quality
· Establish CMDB governance policies and ownership model
· Ensure CMDB integrity across discovery and integrations
· Discovery & Service Mapping
· Architect Discovery and Service Mapping solutions
· Decide discovery scope, schedules, and patterns
· Ensure accurate population of CI relationships
· Experience in ServiceNow solutioning, system Integration, TMForum Open APIs (TMF620, TMF621, TMF632, TMF674, TMF697) and data security and aligning the solution across multiple Agile Release Trains and Suppliers.
· Review detailed application, software and system components across a variety of technology stacks
· Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements
· Review existing system architecture and recommend improvements
· Participate in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities
· Investigate and scope change requests to determine the scale of work to be done and estimate the timeframe and input required
· Conduct architectural analysis, evaluation, and design of systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems
· Enable and ensure that system architecture is delivered in the form of robust and scalable solutions to business problems and needs
· Specify the solutions functional and technical requirements, and implementation phases required in order to deliver on and solve complex business problems
· Implement architectural governance, standards, metrics for measuring, monitoring and improving architecture
· Ensure team members understand system architectural implications of
requirements
Required:
· 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow in telecom domain
· At least 5+ implementation experience of ServiceNow TSM & CMDB
