SaaS Applications Manager (ServiceNow Platform Owner)

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms in a dynamic university environment. This role will serve as the ServiceNow Platform Owner while overseeing key tools across Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Copilot) and Google Workspace, including a dual email environment.

Own and manage the ServiceNow platform—drive adoption, optimize usage, and define the roadmapOversee SaaS platforms across Microsoft and Google ecosystems (storage, email, collaboration tools)Manage a dual email environment (Microsoft & Google) ensuring seamless performancePartner with campus leadership to align technology with institutional goalsLead vendor relationships and ensure strong service deliveryDrive ITSM best practices (incident, change, request, etc.) and continuous improvementMonitor performance (SLAs/KPIs) and enhance user experience

What You Bring:

Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)Strong background in ITSM / ITIL frameworksProven ability to own platforms, build roadmaps, and drive adoptionExperience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong communication and leadership skills
