GRC Analyst – Executive Communications (ServiceNow GRC)

Optomi, in partnership with a major regional financial institution, is looking for a GRC Analyst who will be the face of GRC to leadership - translating risk and ServiceNow data into executive-level insights and presentations.

This is a high-visibility role focused on translating complex risk and GRC initiatives into clear, executive-level communication. You will serve as the bridge between GRC teams, risk assessment functions, and senior leadership—ensuring key initiatives, risks, and milestones are communicated effectively.

What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations that communicate GRC initiatives, risks, and progressTranslate complex risk management concepts into clear, concise messaging for senior stakeholdersCommunicate ServiceNow GRC implementation milestones, updates, and releasesPartner with GRC and Risk teams to turn technical work into business-facing narrativesSupport training sessions, communications, and change impact analysis for new GRC modules and processesAct as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership

What You Bring

Strong experience creating executive-ready presentations (PowerPoint is critical)Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidentlyWorking knowledge of the risk management lifecycleStrong verbal and written communication skills with executive presenceExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have

Exposure to ServiceNow GRCBackground in Technology Risk, IT Risk, or GRC (consulting or industry)Experience in financial services or regulated environments
