We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

-Manage IT projects involving the implementation and upgrading of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope -Plan, execute, and oversee project tasks, leveraging a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide clear project updates -Utilize project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and project management tools to ensure effective project execution -Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction -Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-Extensive experience managing IT projects, particularly with implementing and upgrading ServiceNow solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope -Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules to effectively plan, execute, and oversee project tasks -Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience in using project management tools -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide clear project updates -Proven ability to manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
-English B2 or above is mandatory
-Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
-Excellent soft skills
