The ServiceNow & SaaS Platforms Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, and effective use of enterprise SaaS platforms, with a primary focus on ServiceNow ITSM and productivity tools including Microsoft 365 (O365, OneDrive, Copilot) and Google Workspace (Google tenancy and storage). This role serves as the ServiceNow Platform Owner, partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable services, drive adoption, and align platforms with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as ServiceNow Platform Owner and Administrator, supporting ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).Manage and support enterprise SaaS platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.Partner with campus leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and improve service delivery.Provide training, documentation, and user support to drive platform adoption.Manage vendor relationships, support engagements, and platform enhancements.Monitor service performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications
Experience administering ServiceNow in an ITSM environment.Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace).Working knowledge of ITIL / ITSM best practices.Strong communication, relationship‑management, and documentation skills.Preferred
Higher education or large enterprise experienceITIL certificationExperience with SaaS governance and vendor management
