Required Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT environments Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM strongly preferred) Experience supporting legacy system decommissioning or transformation initiatives Strong understanding of:
IT operations and service management processes System integrations and data flows
Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional solutions Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

ServiceNow certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience in healthcare environments Familiarity with ITIL framework Experience with data migration tools and strategies Exposure to CMDB and asset management concepts Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
