Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and implementation of HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery solutionsDefine end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needsCollaborate with stakeholders to build roadmap and strategyOversee customization and configuration ensuring scalabilityDesign integrations with systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and APIsEnsure best practices in development and deploymentRequired Skills & Experience:

8+ years of ServiceNow experienceStrong experience in HRSD and WSD modulesExpertise in solution architecture and platform designExperience in enterprise integrationsStrong stakeholder communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)Work Model: Onsite New Jersey
