Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic delivery across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership.

Must-Have Skills

Minimum 12+ years in IT with strong Portfolio/program management experience

Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB)Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and data governanceExperience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio levelAbility to prioritize initiatives based on business valueStrong understanding of IT operations (incident, change, problem management)Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologiesStrong stakeholder and executive communication skillsAbility to work as a client-side owner driving business outcomes
