Our client is a global technology and consulting services leader with a rapidly expanding ServiceNow practice. They are seeking a Sales Director to own and drive ServiceNow services revenue across a defined territory — hunting new logos, expanding existing accounts, and bringing a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem to every client conversation.
This is a pure commercial leadership role for someone who has spent their career selling ServiceNow-led transformation, understands how to position services alongside the platform, and can operate credibly with both IT and C-suite buyers.
What You'll Do
Own a regional sales territory and revenue target for ServiceNow consulting and managed services. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development through to proposal, negotiation, and close. Build and maintain senior relationships across target accounts, positioning the firm as a strategic ServiceNow partner. Collaborate closely with presales solution architects and delivery leadership to shape winning proposals. Develop and execute account plans that drive both new logo acquisition and organic growth within existing clients. Represent the firm at ServiceNow events, partner forums, and industry conferences. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with at least 5 years selling ServiceNow services or platform solutions. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in an IT services or consulting sales environment. Deep familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem — platform capabilities, partner model, licensing, and competitive landscape. Strong network within the ServiceNow partner and customer community. Ability to engage credibly at CIO, CHRO, and CFO level. Prior experience at a global IT services or consulting firm strongly preferred. Existing relationships in one of the four hub markets (NJ/NY metro, Chicago, Silicon Valley, or Atlanta) a genuine differentiator.
Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission, commensurate with experience. Location: Preferred locations — Edison, NJ / Chicago, IL / Santa Clara, CA / Atlanta, GA. Travel required.
