Lead Developer - ServiceNow (SND)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Administrator with 4–6 years of hands-on experience and ability to lead a team of administrators to support an UK client in enhancing and providing operational support. The candidate needs to be based in Bangalore, comfortable working from the office during evening shifts, and flexible to accommodate extended hours as per customer demands.

Preferred Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM (SAM/HAM/ALM) modules. Experience working on ServiceNow enhancements, platform upgrades, and release management. Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI Policies, and Business Rules in ServiceNow. Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an added advantage.Other Requirements:

Willingness to work in UK shifts with flexibility to extend as per business needs. Must be committed to working from the Bangalore office. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
