Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and optimizing HR Service Delivery processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience through automation, case management, and self-service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation on ServiceNow

Configure and enhance HRSD modules including case management, lifecycle events, and employee service center

Work with HR teams to improve HR service delivery processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee queries)

Develop and customize workflows using ServiceNow tools and scripting

Ensure smooth delivery of HR services through automation and digital solutions

Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
-
Maintain documentation and follow best practices in HR service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on ServiceNow

Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and processes

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules

Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and workflows
-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

CSA (Certified System Administrator)
-
CIS-HR (HRSD Certification)
-
Experience with integrations and Employee Center
-
Exposure to ITSM is a plus
