Job Title: HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist – ServiceNow

Location: Remote

Experience: 2-6 Years

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and optimizing HR Service Delivery processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience through automation, case management, and self-service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation on ServiceNow

• Configure and enhance HRSD modules including case management, lifecycle events, and employee service center

• Work with HR teams to improve HR service delivery processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee queries)

• Develop and customize workflows using ServiceNow tools and scripting

• Ensure smooth delivery of HR services through automation and digital solutions

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements

• Maintain documentation and follow best practices in HR service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on ServiceNow

• Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and processes

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and workflows

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSA (Certified System Administrator)

• CIS-HR (HRSD Certification)

• Experience with integrations and Employee Center

• Exposure to ITSM is a plus
