Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect specializing in the HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business objectives and HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Design and implement Employee Service Center (ESC) , HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, security, and data privacy Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) Provide technical leadership to development teams and review configurations/customizations Drive HR digital transformation initiatives using ServiceNow capabilities Optimize platform performance, scalability, and maintainability Support upgrades, releases, and platform governance Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module Strong knowledge of: HR Case Management Employee Service Center (ESC) Lifecycle Events Knowledge Management Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes) Expertise in Integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server) Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB Experience in platform architecture and solution design Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
