Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions in the telecom domain. The candidate will lead architecture design, CMDB strategy, TSM implementation, integrations, workflows, and governance while ensuring best practices and business alignment.

Required Skills:

10+ years of ServiceNow experience in Telecom domainMinimum 5+ implementations of ServiceNow TSM and CMDBStrong knowledge of:ServiceNow ArchitectureTSM ModulesCMDB Data ModelIntegration, Transform Maps, REST APIsWorkspace, Dashboard, UI BuilderFlow Designer, IntegrationHubDiscovery & Service MappingExperience with TM Forum Open APIs:TMF620, TMF621, TMF632, TMF674, TMF697Strong understanding of ITIL processes:IncidentRequestProblemChange Management Responsibilities:
