ServiceNow Technical Administrator

Location: Aberdeen, MD

Must have a security clearance (Mandatory)

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow specialist to lead critical platform evolution and lifecycle management within a secure environment. This role is pivotal in transitioning enterprise instances to the ServiceNow Zurich release, ensuring platform stability, security compliance, and high-performance database integration.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the technical execution of multi-version ServiceNow upgrades, specifically migrating complex environments to the Zurich release.Provide Tier III technical support and development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integration maintenance.Partner closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to coordinate technical updates, schema changes, and performance tuning required for platform scaling.Perform all development and administrative tasks within a SCIF environment, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security protocol.

Technical Requirements:

Proven experience with full-lifecycle upgrades and cross-version migrations.Strong ability to interface with DBAs on back-end technical updates and SQL-related platform requirements.Active Secret Clearance (Minimum); preference will be given to candidates with a T5 (Top Secret/SSBI) background investigation.

Must be able to work 100% on-site in a secure SCIF facility
