Join us as an Account Sales Executive and play a crucial role in driving new business across the telecom and technology sectors in the Western United States. This is a pivotal opportunity to grow our ServiceNow relationships and capitalize on new business prospects. You will empower organizations to accelerate their digital transformation journeys by leveraging ServiceNow solutions through diligent account planning, territory management, and field-based sales strategies.
Your Impact:
Develop innovative business strategies and plans to manage sales and grow our client base in the region.Foster relationships with key C-suite executives (such as CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across various product lines.Lead account strategy by mapping client relationships and leveraging a diverse virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Customer Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.Act as a trusted advisor by gaining insights into customers' unique business challenges and demonstrating how ServiceNow solutions can enhance their operational roadmaps.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal resource engagement for effective deal closure.Continuously build a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities in your territory.Conduct cost-benefit analyses for existing and prospective customers.Become a subject matter expert on all ServiceNow products, attending relevant classes, certifications, and seminars.Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to understand their needs and showcase how ServiceNow can meet them.Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitors.Prepare sales budgets and reports, documenting sales records, and presenting updates to key leadership.Your Experience:
4-6 years of experience selling ServiceNow, or comparable SaaS solutions.Established relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem are highly desirable.Experience in selling consulting and integration services specifically within the Technology and Telecommunications sector.Demonstrated ability to generate new business, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-Level relationships.Experience managing multiple sales cycles from identification through to closure.A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with executives and decision-makers.A strategic mindset with the capability to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.Education & Certifications:
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a technology-related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.Desirable industry certifications.We Take Care of Our People
