Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Product Owner & Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. This role combines product ownership responsibilities with technical leadership, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Product Owner: backlog creation, prioritization, and sprint planningGather, refine, and manage business requirements with stakeholdersProvide technical leadership for ServiceNow IRM implementationsReview and guide development, ensuring code quality and best practicesEnsure alignment of solutions with business goals and IRM standardsCollaborate with cross-functional and global teamsRequired Skills

Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRCHands-on expertise in:Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)Policy & Compliance ManagementData PrivacyRisk ManagementSolid understanding of ServiceNow platform development & configurationExperience in Agile / Scrum (Product Owner role)Strong skills in backlog management & stakeholder communicationAbility to bridge business and technical requirementsExperience in technical leadership / code reviewPreferred Skills
