In our Cloud Operations team, you will manage and optimize cloud services, ensuring high availability and operational excellence. Your role will involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices for cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Analyze system requirements and craft strategic implementation plans. Manage timelines and deliverables to consistently meet client expectations. Identify and address potential risks related to deployments. Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in cloud operations. Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance across all deliverables. What You Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree. At least 5 years of experience. What Sets You Apart:

Certifications from recognized cloud or service management providers are preferred. Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with IT Service Management and its implementation across diverse operating models. A track record of delivering solutions in fast-paced environments. Skillful in managing complex projects and integrating client feedback. A passion for mentoring and developing team members. Strong communication skills, especially at the executive level. Commitment to building and maintaining professional relationships. Advocacy for diverse teams and their importance. Experience in creating thought leadership and sales materials to contribute to the PwC community. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
