As a Senior Manager in ServiceNow Consulting, you will lead teams in a rapidly growing area of the business, focusing on AI-driven transformation.

Your Role: You will spearhead EY's AI thought leadership, collaborate closely with clients, and guide them in leveraging AI for enhanced user experience and robust governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading ServiceNow Transformation teams in client-facing roles.Managing both technical and non-technical project teams effectively.Building and deploying AI-native solutions in partnership with EY's AI & Data (AI&D) team.Overseeing timelines, costs, and quality of projects.Developing resource plans and managing engagement economics.Key Skills and Attributes:

Ability to lead and support sales activities, showcasing how EY's services can solve business challenges.Experience in creating strategies for ServiceNow-enabled transformations in collaboration with senior client executives.Expertise in managing multiple engagements and mentoring interdisciplinary teams.Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as NOW Assist, Moveworks, and AI Control Tower.Qualifications: You should have a Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) and typically possess 5-7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation. Experience with ServiceNow's AI solutions and prior consulting experience is also desired.

Our compensation and benefits package is comprehensive, rewarding your performance, and recognizing the value you bring to our business. The base salary range for this role is $171,600 to $392,100, with considerations for location and experience.
