Job Description:
Crowe is looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our expanding ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hands-on development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team, working behind the scenes to architect and implement robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:Designing Discovery patterns, probes, and sensorsInstalling, configuring, and troubleshooting MID ServersCreating Event Management rules and alert correlationsDesigning and deploying Service MappingDesign and maintain integration solutions with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB feeders).Transform technical requirements and architecture into scalable, maintainable implementations.Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure high-quality solutions.Document processes clearly and maintain reusable internal development standards.Assist in system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.Participate in internal design sessions and code reviews.Engage with clients in technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.Desired Skills:
Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting techniques.Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling.Experience with third-party tool integrations like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, etc.Familiarity with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.Excellent troubleshooting skills concerning MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance.Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - PreferredServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management - PreferredCertified Application Developer (CAD) - PreferredQualifications:
3+ years of professional experience2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on experienceProven experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Able to deliver technical solutions independently with minimal guidance.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting complex logic.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a distributed team.Willing to travel up to 30% as needed for client projects.Why Crowe?

The typical wage range for this role is between $79,100.00 and $156,600.00 per year, depending on various factors such as skill sets, experience, certifications, and other organizational needs.
