Your Role and Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Application Architect Specialist, you will assess the specific business needs of clients and propose customized ServiceNow implementation solutions. You will spearhead ServiceNow implementation projects, utilizing your proficiency in estimation, execution, and management of ServiceNow tools.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading Implementation Projects: Oversee ServiceNow implementation projects by managing effort estimation, planning, and execution to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
Conducting Architectural Analysis: Perform comprehensive architectural analyses to evaluate infrastructure needs and facilitate seamless integration with other systems within the ecosystem.
Solution Design: Design and recommend tailored ServiceNow implementation solutions based on client requirements, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow tools and ecosystem integration.
Effort Estimation and Planning: Accurately estimate effort and strategically plan implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Infrastructure Requirements Estimation: Analyze and estimate infrastructure needs to support ServiceNow implementations, guaranteeing scalability and peak performance.
This role allows for remote work from anywhere across the United States.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and architecture within large enterprise settings.
Extensive expertise in ServiceNow solution design, implementation, and ecosystem integration, particularly with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM.
Proven background in conducting architectural analysis, estimating infrastructure needs, and ensuring scalable, high-performance ServiceNow implementations.
Demonstrated skill in effort estimation, implementation planning, and delivery, employing Agile and DevOps methodologies to achieve prompt and effective results.
Strong communication and documentation capabilities, with proficiency in designing, recommending, and clearly articulating ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
Certifications: * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist - preferred. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Expertise in ServiceNow integration, including connecting ServiceNow with external systems to enable seamless data exchange while applying IT Service Management (ITSM) principles in implementation projects.
Experience with Domain Separation, multi-instance architectures, and CMDB design and data modeling in complex ServiceNow environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks, and experience supporting ServiceNow implementations in regulated industries, such as finance, healthcare, or government.
