Daily Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the IAM Application Onboarding Team to integrate applications across IAM platforms (ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ) in alignment with IAM strategyFacilitate end-to-end onboarding success by working with business partners and application teams across the enterpriseConduct requirements discovery, analysis, and review with diverse stakeholder groups; document onboarding requirements and develop technical specificationsEnsure all solutions comply with organizational standards and identify/report security risks accordinglyParticipate in all testing phases (DEV, SAI/UAT, PIV), including creating test case scenarios and supporting test case developmentPartner with cybersecurity, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational requirementsAnalyze current onboarding processes and recommend efficiency improvements; implement solutions to streamline operationsProvide consultative support on compliance, ad-hoc requests, and process optimization as neededProject Name(s), if applicable:
N/A – to assist with BAU onboarding requests (SailPoint and ServiceNow)

Must-have Skills/Experience/Education:
2–5 years of strong experience onboarding applications to IAM services such as SailPoint and ServiceNowBachelor’s Degree/College Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Security with demonstrated IAM experience in a large organization, preferably within a financial institutionProven cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to independently manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal directionNice-to-have Skills/Experience:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and ConfluenceData analysis and reporting skills2+ years’ experience with other IAM services (CyberArk/Entra ID), and experience with automationSoft Skills:
Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skillsAbility to determine the information and communication needs of stakeholders and projectsStrategic thinker with strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilitiesProven cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skillsAbility to independently manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal directionDeadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
The expected base salary range for this position is $60 – $65 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
