Must-Have :

Experience in Design, Code, and Troubleshoot ServiceNow ApplicationExperience in Handle Architectural Changes, Integrations, and New Module Implementation.Experience in working with stakeholders.Experience in Identify System Inefficiency.Experience in Security update and applications deployments.Experience in Designing and Developing Configuration.

Good-to-Have :

Good communication skills along with expertise in domain knowledge and ITIL knowledge as well.Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules e.g. ITSM, CSM,Train and transfer knowledge to the agency’s personnel on all activities detailed in this effort.Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
