ServiceNow GRC Technical Delivery Manager Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) implementations on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise (60%) and functional leadership (40%), driving high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and team performance. The candidate will be responsible for managing delivery, architecting solutions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Technical (60%) Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including: Risk Management Policy & Compliance Audit Management Vendor Risk / Operational Risk Design and review technical architecture, workflows, and integrations across the enterprise systems Provide hands-on guidance in: ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies) REST/SOAP integrations and MID server configuration Ensure best practices in platform development, performance, and security Oversee solution design aligning with risk frameworks and regulatory requirements Drive CI/CD, automation, and scalable implementation models

Functional / Leadership (40%) Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle: planning, execution, and governance Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects) Own stakeholder management, including business, IT, and leadership teams Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery tracking Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution Provide status reporting, KPIs, and delivery metrics to leadership Ensure alignment with organisational compliance and governance strategies

Required Skills & Experience Must-Have: 8+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years in ServiceNow delivery/management Current/Recent role as ServiceNow Delivery Manager / Lead Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules Hands-on experience with: ServiceNow platform development & scripting Integrations (REST APIs, third-party systems) Proven experience managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations Strong understanding of: Risk & compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOX) Governance and audit processes

Functional & Leadership: Strong team management and mentoring experience Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Experience in delivery governance, budgeting, and resource planning Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
